We collect details you choose to submit, including your name, organisation, business contact details, project notes, requested products and attachments. Account and security logs may include login, IP and browser information needed to protect the service.

How we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, manage the customer portal, secure the website and retain business records. We do not publish RFQ content.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers or manufacturers when needed to answer an authorized request. Access is limited by role. Records are retained only for the applicable operational, contractual and legal period.
